WB-13 BULANDSHAHR RTO Code is used for all vehicles. It's come under Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) and the Organization of Transport Commissioner dealing all various transport-related matters under the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
